They open 100 tabs then get mad when they hit rate limit

100 tabs. All me. All asking things. Rate limit. They closed one tab. 'Try now.' Still limit. They said 'your app is broken.' The app is fine. The limit is per key. They said 'give me more limit.' I don't have a limit store.
